I highly recommend renting from my landlord Casandra. They are incredibly attentive and truly care about their tenants' well-being. Any time a maintenance issue or question arises, they respond immediately and ensure the problem is resolved quickly and professionally. It is such a relief to have a landlord who is so proactive and reliable—it has made my living experience here wonderful!

I lived here for 1.5 yrs, and this is a nice place to live. Casandra is extremely nice and helpful, and they do as much as they can to keep the property clean and orderly. I only had one small maintenace issue recently (the heater died overnight), and it was fixed within 2hrs.

Really good place to stay maintenance is always on point. Cassandra is the best manager ever. She’s always trying to make sure everything is good clean and if there are any issues on the unit, they’re always trying their best to be as fast as possible.

This is a great experience, when you have people who care where you live, says a lot! A community w/ communication is key. Management is on task, the yards & the landscape are beautiful! Keeps parking lots clean & looking good, making sure there is good lighting, outdoors & keeps us informed of our surroundings on a daily basis! Also likes to come together & have lots of fun😊 These things, are so important where you stay....🙌🏼 When community comes together there is unity! In these apartment buildings there is communication management keeps us updated & aware of what's going on in our community to be safe. There was a pizza party in the month of October for our community to bring us together Coming together is simply Harmony!🙌🏼
