Five stars is not nearly enough to credit Shawanna with in the case of selling my house. I was hesitant to even list it in the current market, but once Shawanna determined what I was looking to get out of this sale, she calmly explained all the options and after listening to her, my fears vanished. Not about the whole process, as I know selling a house can be very stressful, but every time something in my head popped up, she handled every concern, every fear with professionalism and understanding. The day of closing, I had a moving issue, that is, the company I chose to move me the previous day flaked out and left me high and dry without completing the job.
