The Reserve at Summerfield

I’m must say so far I’m not pleased either the new management. I’m very happy Alissa stayed on. Just a few things that frustrate me the most is dealing with the front office It’s been an issue most time when I go in the office, but today was the worse. I’m simply went in to pay my rent, the staff at the desk was quite rude and abrasive, and the worse part she was with what appeared to potentially new tenants. This her response to me “ I’m alone if you’re here to pay your rent I’ll take it, but I can answer questions. Not a good look for a potential tenant. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ This is not the first time but today I’d had enough.

Honestly, to hell with this place. I’ve been here a little over 3 years now and it’s only gotten more expensive and poor customer service.. The complex is always victim to some sort of crime without any security. My car has been broken into twice since living here. The new management is AWFUL. Rude, unhelpful, and barely present. They purposely don’t answer the phone and have legit attitude whenever you’re calling about an issue.. And to put the cherry on top of this sundae, THEY CHARGE YOU TWICE ON UTILITIES. Not a “service fee”, they duplicate the same amount that the state charges you which I’m pretty sure isn’t legal… DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Horrible management. They didn’t check that my garage was my garage and cleaned out all my things. No warning. It had sentimental items from my gramma in there and my bike. And now my gramma passed and I have none of those things. Management at Summerfield did not have any sympathy when they did this. Rent somewhere else more secure. These people are awful.

Fernando Rizo has a good consumer relationship and also know how to talk people,hard working, respectful and deserve a race.l'm glad to stay in there because i feel at home.

Summerfield is a hellhole. Worse new management in the history of all management. Rude management. Hidden stuff contracts. Nasty, when they try to talk to you. I used to live there before the new management took over and even im some circumstance the old management depending on who it was bad as bad as new management, but at times could be reasonable depends on eho you talked to and the crime rate has gotten bad. I've heard a lot about cars being busted into. Hit and run into other people cars.
