I just wanted to sincerely thank you for the amazing work done on my shower. It turned out wonderful, and I’m truly happy with the results. All it took was mentioning it to Noel, and shortly after, Alfonso came and did an excellent job. I really appreciate how quickly it was handled and the quality of the work. Every single time we put in a maintenance request, the staff responds immediately and is so gracious . I'm so impressed with the all around effort Orchard Village puts in to make the residents truly feel at home. Rafael and Annabelle are the best humans to deal with ever! UPDATED POST: I am very impressed by the maintenance supervisor. He saw this review and came out personally to address the pre existing issues. He replaced the door latch, got the actuator unstuck that goes to the water heater, it still takes a bit to get warm but now the water, when it gets hot, it stays hot longer. Also he took the time to explain how the water heater system was built and ment to function which helped me understand why we were having the issues we were having. I can now shower with the heater still operating at the same time. The temp in the apartment is holding 73* throughout the night with the space heater running. Still gets a little cold without it. I don't have to run the stove anymore. Things are looking up! He did a great job and had a great attitude. It's obvious
