I truly love living at Metro 59. Most importantly, I feel safe here—and that matters to me every single day. I have dogs and spend a lot of time outside, and the beautiful walking trails and well-maintained dog park make it an ideal place for both of us. The amenities are fantastic and actually usable, which isn’t always the case at apartment communities. The gym is huge (and I hear it’s being renovated to be even better), and the clubhouse, outdoor pool, hot tub, and barbecue area are extremely well cared for. I use these spaces throughout the year and always enjoy them. The business office is incredibly convenient whenever I need to print something or get work done, and the location is hard to beat—I’m close to everything. A beautifully managed property with a great community feel. The property is well kept and upscale, and for an excellent price. The location is prime, with walking paths, close highway access, and nearly every business one might need nearby. The property manager takes care to make sure residents are happy and well taken care of, with frequent resident events and maintenance.

I’ve lived in this community for the past three months, and both my wife and I have had a great experience so far. Kayla and Anagha at the leasing office went above and beyond to make our move-in process smooth—even during the Labor Day weekend. We feel safe here, and we really appreciate the quick turnaround on any maintenance requests. With its walkable proximity to the Metra station and a responsible, welcoming property management team that maintains the community to high standards of cleanliness and overall upkeep, I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I have lived at Metro 59 going on a year now and have only had positive experiences. The community is very friendly, clean, and well organized. Frankly, this type of care can only be done by an excellent management team that truly cares about the place they call home. I’m happy to see that the people who run the place also work here, it’s evident in the timely responses and quality of living in the building itself. All of my maintenance requests are solved quickly, sometimes even within the hour. The fitness center is great, the pool is clean, the public areas are serene. I can’t say enough great things about our property manager, Ivan Garcia, at Metro 59 Apartments. Recently, there was a serious kitchen fire in the building, and Ivan acted immediately and fearlessly. He quite literally helped save my life and the lives of many other residents by stepping in and putting the fire out before it could turn into something truly tragic. In a moment where panic could have taken over, Ivan stayed calm, decisive, and selfless. His quick thinking and willingness to jump into action showed how deeply he cares about the safety and well-being of everyone who lives here.
