Willow Creek Apartments

I've lived here for over 3 years now and have enjoyed it. It's very quiet, you can't hear your neighbors at all. My neighbors have all been friendly. My apartment is a decent size for a one bedroom and I love the central air. Maintenance is always great when you report a problem in your apartment, they're very quick to come and fix it. Everyone's pretty good at picking up their pet waste and there's several pet waste stations. The amenities like the dog park and pool are great, always clean. Management has done a nice job at improving the property such as new siding and glass doors and windows. They could improve some of the outside maintenance like how long it takes to pick up the large sticks after storms, checking hallway lights, taking care of holes after sidewalk repairs, snow removal

Greg & Karen absolutely saved my day. I locked my keys in my car and they went the Extra mile to help me. I must mention that I wasn't even there to rent an apartment. I can't imagine the level of service they must provide if you actually want to rent. Keep up the great work:):)

My wife and I lived at the Willow Creek Apartments for 5 years and had a great experience here. The staff was always friendly and helpful, they kept the hallways clean, responded to any maintenance issues in a timely manner, and they always made sure that our comfortability and peace of mind was a priority. Whether it be your first apartment, or last one before purchasing a house, I would recommend Willow Creek to anyone as your next place to call home.

Great place to live. Super quiet. The office staff were very attentive and accommodating. Only moved because of job relocation, or I would still be there.

The community of people living here are so friendly. The Manager and people in the office are very nice, and quick with a smile or joke. I always see the same maintenance man, who always says hello, working hard every day. My maintenance issues are always handled and completed in a timely fashion. The complex is close to everything you could want. The outside appearance is kept clean and tidy, and the outdoor pool is sparkling clean each time I visit. There's a small area out door jungle gym for kids. The dog park is a very decent size, compared to other apartment dog parks I've seen. All in all, for apartment living, I feel like I hit the jackpot with this place!
