Village at Fox River Apartments

Leased an apartment for two years and the experience was outstanding. The building manager, Jori is genuinely concerned about her tenants and maintaining high standards for the complex. Her attention to detail is impressive and lends itself to the overall quality of the facility. Maintenance and cleaning staff are also efficient and pleasant. Fitness center was a great perk, along with the pool, whirlpool and sauna. Appreciated the enforcement of lease rules regarding safety and ensuring high standards for sll residents. Fixtures and finishes were tasteful. Highly recommend for executive quality living.

My boyfriend and I lived here for 2 years - I loved living here for the quiet location and the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. However, the pool/sauna hours are only 9am to 8pm, which makes it hard to actually use the amenities if you work typical business hours. The hot tub is not hot, its warm. Grills are on the roof top and not able to be accessed in winter. Management (Jori) was friendly at first but quickly became a micromanager. There are cameras located in her office that make it obvious you’re being watched while using the pool area. I understand this is a secured building, but it felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. On move out day, three maintenance workers were stationed at the front door, which was confusing. They stopped my movers multiple times to tell them to keep the front

My wife and I have been residents of Village at Fox River for a month now, and it's been a truly wonderful experience. The facilities are exceptional, and the staff has been great. Jori in particular (the manager), has been very patient and very helpful as we transition from 35 years of home ownership to a new life as renters. Couldn't be happier!

Folks, please believe me when I say this as I approach 59 years of age. The Village at Fox River Apartments is the best place I have ever lived! There are so many positive things to say. The Property Manager “Jori” is such a wonderful person to get along with as she is caring and provides excellent customer service. As far as the luxury accommodations, they are first rate! I love the location of the building as it’s near to many shopping areas. In addition, vehicle parking (indoor/outdoor) is very easy to access. Finally, the building amenities: enjoy the stainless steel appliances afforded to gym room visits and swimming pool/jacuzzi enjoyment, they are all excellent reasons to become part of our VFR family.
