We currently bought a condo from Belman homes, since we built our existing home with Belman Homes we used them to sell our house. It took all of 3 days to get an accepted offer. We recently built our new dream home with Belman Homes. Belman Homes did an amazing job and far exceeded our expectations. The entire home-building process can be somewhat stressful, but Belman Homes took all the stress out of it. Choosing to build with Belman Homes was an easy decision for us. They built two previous homes for us, and both turned out fantastic. When we selected a builder, it was a no-brainer to choose Belman Homes; we thoroughly trust their process and team. David and his team are awesome! We are a contractor that works for them and their communication is top notch. They’re one of the only builders who I can always get a hold of. They handle changes on the fly extremely well and I can’t speak more highly of the project manager Jim and Bill in the office! If you’re looking to build, David and his team are awesome!

Not impressed. New to the area but I have built two custom homes in CA and CO and know how difficult it is to find a good builder. I am used to seeing the best finishes in models and the “Imagine” was mediocre at best. Despite the Facebook marketing about custom homes the light fixtures, flooring, tile, windows and closets all looked like a cookie cutter mass produced spec home. I bet most decent finishes are an upgrade. I am not sure they even have an in-house architect which is a must have in my opinion for a truly custom build experience. The owner seemed too busy to answer my questions so it was easy to walk away.
