Ridge View Apartments

I have lived here for a few months now and it has been a wonderful experience. The location is super close to downtown. I have never had issues with noise or pests. Maintenance was taken care of quickly I have never had a complaints. I’ve had such a great experience living here! This is honestly one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever stayed in. The management goes above and beyond I’ve never experienced this level of service and care at any other apartment. Everything from maintenance to communication has been smooth and stress-free. It really feels like they care about their residents.

Lived here for 5 years. Never had any issues. Very quiet, can really only hear other tenants when they are in the hallway. Property is very well maintained. Fiber optic internet was awesome. Only moved because I changed jobs. Only problem I remember having was power outages a couple summers ago, but that was a WE energies issue which must be resolved because haven't had an issues since. The manager was great, always helpful and good at keeping everyone up to date.

I have lived here for a year and a few months now — everything has been great! The building is quiet and always very tidy. I’ve never had any problems here and the space is awesome! Location is very nice and everything downtown is accessible via a short walk while still being close to Milwaukee. Management has been great and you can tell that they are always on the lookout for ways to improve the building/property. I’m very happy to have moved here!!

I have lived here for 2 years but will be moving out at the end of the month. My experience has been great in all areas. The few times I had to call maintenance, it was fixed the next day. Kirsten, the manager is good at communicating changes or things going on that we need to know about. The building is quiet and well kept and always clean. I will miss living here in my cozy loft!
