I have been banking with peoples for quite some time, and have always felt protected because of their great staff. Recently, I opened a savings account with Karen Kowalski. She's sent emails, faxed documents, and even spoke to customer service representatives on my behalf just to make everything easier for me. She's jovial and down-to- earth, and she's made my confusing and frustrating banking situation so much more manageable and comprehensible. I can't thank her enough 💙 I also want to mention tellers Jennifer and Serena for taking care of my everyday banking needs. They greet me by name, and are super friendly and knowledgeable in ways to grow my funds. I'm so grateful to have this awesome team of ladies looking out for my financial well-being.
