Riverwalk Apartments

I love living here as I've been a resident for the past four years. There is so much to love. It's within walking distance of Bethesda Park. It's a beautiful park that's also lit up in the dark. All apartments have a patio or balcony view of this park. I personally have a direct view of the bridge. The view is stunning. The residence is also within a few minutes' walk of downtown. There's so much to do over the summer, including Friday Night Live and the Waukesha Farmers Market, that's all within walking distance. Although you are close to downtown here, you also are so close to nature by having the Bethesda Park, Frame Park, and Glacier Drumlin Trail within walking distance. The Riverwalk apartments are very nice place to live. It's extremely convenient to be able to walk to all the restaurants downtown. You have access to the park across the river for a nice evening stroll and it's surprisingly quiet for being so close to downtown. The property management has been nothing but helpful and i'd venture to say they are some of the best property managers I've ever had. Haley in the office has always been very prompt, kind, and understanding. I have not had many issues in this building but whenever something arose we were able to work out a schedule together to get it taken care of around my busy life. I highly recommend these apartments to anybody if you enjoy a peace and quiet with the convenience of downtown Waukesha.

I will definitely miss Riverwalk Apartments. The apartment management is great. They keep the property clean and updated. Maintenance is awesome. Very responsive and professional. The location is a short walk from downtown Waukesha. Beautiful view of the Fox River and Bethesda Park.

We love living here. We're retired & have found our "home". Have been here 7 months. The management is great & the maintenance is top notch. Everyone is very friendly. A great variety of people live here, it's great!

I love living here however there are some exceptions like having to ask permission to have guests over. If you have kids, don’t live here because it’s more elderly that have been here for several years and they turn their noses up to them. Staff is great 👍 you can have dogs (maximum of 2) and if they are bigger dogs it seems to be intimidating for the older people. The really cool thing is they put on holiday parties for the tenants and giveaway door prizes. So overall I rate this property a 5 Star because I love the piece and quiet. Don’t care about the old grumpy people but they don’t bother me and I don’t bother them.
