Upon walking into Willow Creek, the staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. Windy, one of the leasing agents assisted me with my inquiry. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained all the amenities as well as the fiduciary details of the move in process. If I decide to move here, I look forward to having a great experience at Willow Creek. Thanks Windy!

terrific place to live My mother-in-law and grandma-in-law both live there and the kids even help us take groceries up to their apartment It is wonderful place to go and live and I highly recommend moving in there and say hello to Betty and Michelle.

Took 7weeks to replace washer. Thatsto long. Nancy the assistant manager agreed. I offered to rent washing machine. Need to replace a light in dining room. Omg how long will that take. Neighbors tell me they are waiting too. . Guess who ever they order from is not in a big hurry.

I've been here for a while now and I love it, the grounds are well kept, trash cans emptied regular and it's quite and comfortable. The management were nice and professional and I applaud their helpfulness. People no place is going to be perfect and no one will or can please everyone and that's just fact,but if comfort and peace is what you desire this place is definitely my first choice.

I lived in these apartment homes for 2 years and never experienced what I’ve read in these reviews. Dinah is a great manager and always treated me with respect and kindness. I’ve seen other Asst.Managers come and go and never experienced anything other than kindness. Nancy was always kind and respectful and always made sure the work orders were completed.
