I'm still currently in the middle of building but so far I can say from the experience that from the very beginning, James, the sales manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. We found America's Home Place through Google, after an attempt to build with another builder failed. We scheduled a meeting to learn more about their process and were happy to learn that you could customize their floorplans. Given our recent experience, we discussed our concerns about staying at a certain budget and being sure the home would appraise. James and Lowell were very understanding and helpful in our meetings. They were attentive and altered the plans as requested. After each meeting, we were supplied with copies of the updated floor plans and budget. The fact that they could give us real-time feedback on the impact of design changes on budget was fantastic. This was a great experience since we would typically have to wait days or even weeks to get this from other builders.

We are at the beginning stages of having America Home Place build our home. They are doing an amazing job. James was very patient at our first meeting with making changes to the plan we chose. He was also very patient and helpful during our color selection meeting. He did a excellent job. Eric was very helpful showing us our final plans in our final plan meeting. We can't wait to start working with David on site. I would recommend American Home Place to all our family and friends.

I highly recommend that all military veterans use this company for designing and building your dream home. They were very nice to me. They could not do the VA construction loan with land package deal within my budget. However, they recommended for me to contact a home builder who does help Veterans with a loan approval letter for $300K.
