I have lived here over two years and I’m going to renew soon. That says a lot. Chantelle is very straightforward and very nurturing when she needs to be. She will explain things to you and will get things done. I’m so grateful for her and the maintenance man, Francisco. I absolutely love living here!!

Decent place to live, it was our first home. Front office is nice and good with assistance, however maintenance can be very slow with getting things resolved. We have lived in two units here. In our first one the dryer went out and it took 3 weeks to a month to get someone to look at it and replace it. We did have water come into the apartment during beryl, but Chantelle got someone out almost immediately from a company to get this resolved and it was done in a week. Chantelle does her best at keeping residents happy and comfortable with being a individual managing two properties and I commend her for that. Last comment is to avoid living next to the pool if you want quiet at night as some people will stay in there until 1am blasting music (not nice when you have an infant). Overall solid

My husband and I have lived here for less than a year. We looked at other apartments and, found this one. the apartments are clean, the managers are on top of their game. if something needs to be maintained it gets done as soon as they can. they are friendly,very thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I gave this place five stars, wish they had ten stars this place so deserves it.

Previous resident it was a nice place to live did not have trouble with parking. They have a little park for the kids and dogs. Washer and dryer included. Didn't have to call maintenance often, wrong think maybe once for the bathroom. No complaints

Have had nothing but a great experience here. Have almost been here a year and have never had serious problems. I think I’ve had to call maintenance once or twice for very minor things, but the issues got fixed very quickly. Very clean and can barely ever hear neighbors. Great place that’s safe, quiet, and feels like home.
