Newport Oaks

I’ve had a great experience at Newport Oaks in Alvin. The community is quiet, clean, and well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests get handled quickly, ( nelson is very professional and very clean )and the property feels safe and welcoming. The location is convenient, and the neighbors are respectful, which makes living here really comfortable. Overall, I’m very happy with my time here and would definitely recommend Newport Oaks to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

If i could give them 0 i would in a HEARTBEAT. Do not move here. we first moved into our 2 bed 2 bath 2 years ago and the prolonged our move in date because the apartment was filthy and still was when we moved in. we told them there was still roaches in the apartment for 2 years and barely anything was done to get them out and we still had them when we left. we got water in our apartment and it took emergency maintenance FOREVER to respond and they left holes in our apartment. when we moved out i did a full deep clean of the apartment and now they are trying to claim we left the apartment filthy and that we damaged the bathtub charging us $800 for, and that we have no deposit which we paid when we moved in well over our rent price. so please run these people are horrible and very money hun

Came to visit one of my close friends after she moved here and the property has so much to offer! I love the barbecue area and "porch" swings circle. The pool is a bit smaller than what I'm used to, but seems well maintained. The only drawback that I noticed was that the community isn't gated, other than that I was impressed. Makes me wish I worked closer so I could move here!
