Meadow Park

Although I did not end up moving to Alvin, I met with the lovely Devin Rodriguez regarding this apartment complex. She was incredibly memorable and knowledgeable about the community. She answered all my questions with such a welcoming attitude. If I was going to stick with my move, it would definitely be here just because of her hospitality and sense of compassion. All the other properties I called either didn’t seem interested in having me as a guest or provided lackluster service. If Devin is a reflection of this apartment complex’s management team, then any future residents will feel like they’re in good hands.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Meadow Park Apartments. The staff is always kind, the community stays quiet, and any maintenance issues get handled right away. ( Nelson is very quick on working and getting an issues fixed very kind neat and professional)It’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to live will def recommend.

Office and maintenance are fantastic. Property looks good, and I love the adminities. Halloween was fun. Staff is always participating with us.

Devin is always so sweet and helpful! You will be in good hands with her here at meadow park! I really enjoy living here

Maritza Devin are very helpful and when I put a work order Nelson and Giovanni are always helping me.
