Cristian was absolutely amazing and easy to communicate with as well as being very responsive to all the questions we had! Once we where able to come in to the office he showed us some lovely floor plans right in our price range. He also made sure that he did not go over our all in price. He answered all of our questions and even gave us information on things we didn't even think about when it came to choosing options in our home. I never expected some one to be so patient with us as we fumbled around what we were looking for vs what we actually needed.

UPDATE!!! I just want to say that I really wish I could leave no stars or negative stars because purchasing this home in 2020 has been the biggest mistake I have made. For starters the craftsmanship all around when building it is terrible. About 2 years ago I noticed the sub floor beginning to get soft at my front door until one day it just gave out and busted through. I tried calling Oak creek to see what could be done and they blamed it on me for not doing maintenance. After tearing the front door out, the front door sill was not properly installed and was letting water in at the bottom corner of the door. (pictures attached) I was able to get minimal money from the warranty company to replace the door, trim, & sub floor. I had to replace the entire floor in my house because it was all o

I walked into Cavco Alvin TX as a defeated person. My family was in a dire straits situation and after several months of dejection, I met Charissa and Wesley. After I explained all that we had gone through trying to find our forever home with no luck, they looked at me and said don't worry we got you covered. I can't tell you how much stress fell off me at that moment. I fell in love with the first home Charissa showed me and in no time (which we had none), they had a contract written, loan approval and home colors chosen.
