I would like to take the time to leave this 5 star review especially for Georgia. She was extremely polite, very helpful, and super professional. She gave me all the information I needed & answered all my questions. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend seeing her for a new apartment!

TLDR- I had to file a BBB complaint, these apartments have predatory practices and count on you not understanding your rights. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never dealt with a property management company that can’t figure out their own bookkeeping. It’s doubtful if the accounts are even accurate or any of these contracts fully transparent. After moving out, I paid my account in full and was given paperwork from the office confirming a zero balance. Months later, I was suddenly told that I “owe more money,” with no explanation or documentation showing where these new charges came from. Other than some explanation about thats how bills are? I wonder how long you continue to bill tenants that move out? How many 100’s of people have you sent to collections because they wouldn’t fi

Madison was amazing when she was showing me one of the units! She was professional and so helpful! I definitely recommend her if you want to tour! 10/10✨

Georgianne was amazing. She answered every question we had and was very thorough with explaining everything. Love this place!

It was good at first until they started to add unnecessary fees (you will be arguing abt trash forever). Maintenance is very slow, it would take weeks for them to come fix stuff, even to change our air filters. My roommate found mold over the doors which explains us being sick often. Sadly the only “cool” thing is them not caring abt what goes on around there lol.
