Whitewing Flats

Really enjoyed living here. Would recommend for future renters. Good space for an affordable price. Quiet and clean community (could use additional trash pick up days). Close to schools and a straight shot to 380. The office staff is really great to work with and understandable when issues arise. My complaints are that the pool never opened in the year that I lived there (still not open, but it is finally finished) my water bill always seemed way too high for one person, the closets were small, the $150 cleaning fee is automatically assessed whether you clean your apartment or not upon move out, and the office has inconsistent office hours without notice. My experience at Whitewing Flats for the last 2 years has been great! The Management team are amazing, the ladies are helpful, courteous and always kind. The Maintenance team is great also quick to fix little repairs and they maintain the property for the benefit of us tenants. They go above and beyond keeping the trash neat too. Also, the little get-togethers they have in the clubhouse are just a sweet treat for the community at Whitewing and are always fun! I would recommend living at Whitewing.

The community is amazing! Everyone welcomed me very warmly, a very pleasant and quiet environment, with an excellent location. Perla and Erika are very helpful. I am extremely happy in my new home.

Most of the problems that I have seen on the other reviews are problems caused by Tenants and not maintenance or management. I have been here for my 2nd lease and it's almost done. I Love this area and whenever I have a problem I go to the proper source to get it fixed. We have an obligation to each other to keep our community safe and clean! The trash problems can be solved easily if everyone would place trash in the bins and not on the ground! If you see trash on the ground would it hurt to pick it up? The parking problems wouldn't exist if visitors parked in designated areas! Maintenance has always came when I have needed them because I don't wait until the last minute to call them. I have lived in the apartments for 2 years. The front office staff has always been kind and helpful. Maintenance was fast and efficient when I needed something fixed. The cost of rent was lower than anything in the area for it being a new apartment complex and in a safe area. If you want an involved community that has activities, this is the apartment for you.
