Townhomes at Princeton Meadows Apartments

I lived at Princeton Meadows Townhomes for two years and had a great experience. Joshua, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and always responsive and professional. The maintenance team was quick to respond, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which I truly appreciated. The townhomes themselves are nice, spacious, and well laid out, and the community always felt safe. I would not hesitate to rent here again and would recommend Princeton Meadows to others.

I’ve been residing here since June 2025 and I must say, I love it! Although this community has lots of children, it’s very quiet and peaceful. If there is ever a maintenance issue, it’s handled immediately (which I’ve only had 1). I have nothing bad to say. I would choose this community all over again. And of course, Joshua is the best property manager you could meet. He’s very kind to every resident and great at what he does. Stop by and see him! You won’t regret it.

Choosing Townhomes of Princeton was the best decision for our rental. We have been with the company for almost 3 years and began raising our family in the same home. Our locator told us about these townhomes which are located just east of McKinney in Princeton, and that we should check them out. My locator mentioned that he spoke with Aaron, and he will be on the lookout for us to stop by. We drove the entire property to get a vibe of the community and it’s a hidden gem. We met the property manager who happens to be Aaron, and trust me when I say, he’s a ray of light when it comes to the entire process of looking for a new home. We’ve all been through the rental process, looking at a single unit with a hard close to follow. Not our experience with Aaron, he showed us many available townhomes which I must say are a steal if you’re used to paying rent in Dallas.
