I want to give a huge shoutout to Kinsey. From start to finish, she literally had my back through the entire process. She made my client feel so welcome at the property and showed a level of knowledge that really stood out. What impressed me most is that she was holding it down all by herself — she had just helped another person right before us, but she never once made us feel rushed. She took her time, walked us through everything with care, and her attention to detail was incredible. Honestly, Kinsey deserves an award for the way she carries herself and the way she makes people feel taken care of. If you get the chance to work with her, you’re in great hands.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Starling Princeton Crossroads! The apartments are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, and maintenance requests get handled quickly. The pool and gym are great, and the whole community feels clean and safe. It’s also in a convenient location near shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice home in Princeton!

Kenzie and Andrea were great to work with! They were very thorough throughout the entire process and made everything seamless. I’d like to also acknowledge the maintenance team for being so prompt and getting any work orders done same day. Loving my new home and complex so far!

DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE. Maintenance is HORRIFIC. Duct work that doesn’t connect ( so it doesn’t work ) The amount of issues in these “new” units are insane. The grounds are very poorly kept: animal feces left behind; mud from flooding when it rains: though of course you’re expected to pay for drainage; ( that’s non-existent ) mail is delivered to an unsecured area ( door doesn’t latch. So it doesn’t lock ) in which packages are commonly left to be ruined or rummaged. And last but not least: don’t pay Frisco/Plano prices in Princeton. Homes can be found cheaper and closer to the city.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment community! The property is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities—especially the pool and fitness center—are a huge plus. My neighbors are respectful, and I feel safe here. Overall, a great place to live!
