I recently attended their open house and it was a wonderful experience! Kenya gave us a great tour and the holiday decor was beautiful. The apartments were spacious and checked off my boxes on my apartment hunting journey. The community was also very welcoming. I would highly recommend these apartments!
I have lived here for almost 6 years. I’ve been through all the management and staff changes. The new management and maintenance teams are by far the BEST that have ever worked here! The maintenance teams are amazing they are on top of all the requests and get things fixed quickly and are super helpful. Anytime I need anything fixed or a light changed they help with a smile and great attitude and always come quickly. The management staff are very kind and super helpful. They have been working so hard to turn the community around and bringing in new programs for the residents. I couldn’t ask for a better team and I’ve experienced all that came before the ones we have now!
Hazelwood Place Apartments is a beautiful, welcoming community. Kenya did an amazing job hosting the open house! She was professional, friendly, and made the experience great. The holiday-themed open house was festive and well put together, really showing off what a wonderful place this is. Highly recommend!
THIS EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING!!! They really take care of you and make sure the process is smooth and least stressful! Jaime and Lashey are the best they deserve all good things coming to them, this automoshpere here and stepping into this place makes you feel so at home and comfortable!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
** Update: I have met the new management team and I’m definitely impressed with their kindness. ** I’m happy to see other residents have had a great experience with the new management team, I’ve made 2 phone calls over the last month and I have been told both times that someone would get back to me. I’m still waiting. I gave 3 stars because I haven’t had many issues since moving here 3 years ago other than during the last lease renewal.
