LGI Homes - Princeton Heights

LGI looks great at face value but after living in the home they build you can really see the lack of quality and safety precautions. There are nails sticking up out of the floor ,and large loose staples all though the carpet. The restrooms are poorly made and when they promise to repair something before you move in , they are lying . Everything is low quality and poorly put together... I would stay away from LGI and they will never feel me another home 💯

We purchased a home in this subdivision only to find that LGI did not disclose that 90% of homes are rentals . Trees are dead, lawns are not attended to, loud cars and lots of interesting things going on if you catch my drift. We also have severe drainage issues and have nothing but mud on either side of our house from poor grading from the builder. Base level home fixtures and cheap carpet and paint. Been here 2 years and already replacing some kitchen appliances and outlets are not sufficiently wired. Many homeowners in this subdivision agree per Board meetings.

Absolutely no stars. Bad service! Steve was horrible! Horrible! Horrible! My wife and I were interested in viewing the property and getting an idea of the homes on site! Not to mention, Steve called me and setup an appointment, I told him I would like to view the home first before paperwork his words was I got you! I drove from seagoville to Princeton TX. Please understand this frustration! Do not recommend I’ll be taking further action. Sorry individuals that work here. They are not for the community they are for the sales! 📞

My name is Angela cheetham. I just recently bought a home with LGI homes. I have done reviews on my builder and my my realtor. Today this review is about my general contractor Rudy Penaflor. This guy is such a well-rounded individual and didn't miss a thing. I was so nervous as a first time buyer but his disposition and all of the questions he answered off the tip of his tongue was very relaxing. He manages an immense amount of homes and it's still thorough. As a first time buyer I was very nervous as a first time buyer that he put me that he is with his professionalism and disposition.
