Whispering Oaks Apartments

I’ve been a residence here since July 2018. The swimming pool has been closed for the last 3 to 4 years the gym/ workout area we only have access to that during the day which does not serve as any convenience because we work during the day. There are only two trash compactor for the whole neighborhood. The neighborhood constantly has a smell because of the overflow of trash. There has been a lot of soliciting between children and adults. Crime rate is expected due to the area. I tried to move out of the neighborhood and I was informed during my process that I had three judgments that were placed against me that should have never been placed two of which have been removed. I am struggling to get the last one removed. We have been through three or four different rental office teams. We never

Good neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. And rental office staff and maintenance workers respond quickly and get things done. No complaints here!

This its a great place but please we need renovation this place look ugly in side the all apartment only the apartment from people who move out they renovated and that's unfair is the people the live here from long time we need a upgrade PEASE MY FLOOR IT LIFTING AND THE OFFICE ONLY SAID WE GOING TO SEE NOT TAKING ABOUT THOSE OLD GABINETS PLEASE FAIRFIELD WE NEED A UPGRADE
