We have done several makeover/gut job and flips in our lifetime….so this was our first New Build experience. From the very beginning, when discussing our ideas for a potential Sasser home with Eric, he was a very personable and an excellent listener, who was eager to help us reach our goals, and try to keep us within budget…. Eric was always responsive and truly kind to us every time we have had to interact via email or in person. Mark Edwards was also very helpful especially when I first reached out with questions. He even did a drone video at the beginning of the build, and plans on doing another one of the finished property once the weather turns a little warmer. Eric and his team provided excellent service throughout our build process, from the architect, project manager, and interior designer. What stood out most is how Eric wanted to make sure our vision was captured in the design. Building a house is a process, and could not have asked for a better group of people. Special thanks to Ray and Kelly for managing all of the changes and keeping everything on track. We absolutely love the home and Sasser helped bring our dream to life.

Sasser built my home in 2020. I was recently widowed and unfamiliar with home construction, which I shared with him. I asked his advice on crawlspace or raised slab and he preferred the raised slab. Three months after moving in the back ups began. The plumber was contacted and I was told it was probably just hair. After several of attempts at locating the problem, I was advised to call Atomic Plumbing to have the pipes viewed. After viewing the pipes and measuring the pitch it was determined the pitch was off. During these in between times, there were several instances of actual sewage, backing up and overflowing into the main living areas. The bathtub and all toilets would overflow while I was showering. This caused sewage to flow out and soak the master bedroom carpet and the surrounding

Ray and everyone with the Sasser team (including the subcontractors) made the entire building process so enjoyable. Our new home turned out even better than we imagined….and the entire Sasser team worked to make sure every detail was on point. We were consistently impressed with their professionalism, their communication, their expertise, their honesty, and their positive can-do attitude. Ray is incredibly talented and takes extreme pride and care in his work, which gave us complete confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire building process. We joined the Sasser family in 2003 when our home was completed. I know that statement may sound odd to you, but it is the truth…we have been treated like family since our first meeting with Eric. Since that day, almost a full 20 years ago, we have become huge fans of Eric and his team, especially Ray Street, our project manager. Here’s why: Teamwork. When you need something done, it gets done. There were a few corrections needed along the way during our build, all managed with Ray’s personal motto, “No problem!” He gets things fixed and you never know how much stress it caused him to get it done, he just makes it right.
