Victory Square Apartments

Please note this review doesn't reflect the service provided by the current property manager Will. He has been more than helpful. As a senior independent living community, Victory Square unfortunately falls short in several key areas. Residents have faced repeated bedbug outbreaks and delayed maintenance responses, including months-long waits to address mold issues. The lack of activities and poor cleanliness, combined with inconsistent security and even elevator outages, makes it a challenging environment for seniors seeking a safe and comfortable home. Overall, it’s disappointing to see these standards not being met.

I've been a resident for the past 3 years and recently with the new management team (Will and Tamara) my experience has been elevated even more. Tamara is exceptional leasing agent!

The Regional Manager, Natasha is very rude, assumptive, and unprofessional. She is a Karen and likes to get rude with tenants over her errors and isn't the definition of a leader or doesn't have any customer service skills. She also likes to hang up on tenants! I will be notifying corporate about her. Stay away from that unprofessional office.

The residents are as sweet as can be. They are a tight knit community. They have some sort of function just about every month. The maintenance staff & office personnel are very nice. They just need better up keep as far as housekeeping goes, carpets detailed cleaned or changed out, and supposed to be in the process of getting new HVAC systems.

Beautiful complex and the staff is great! But the Property Manager Mrs Takisha Cameron is why I gave this facility 5 stars! She is absolutely amazing! She goes above & beyond her call of duty every day. Her personality, devotion and professionalism shines through her! I’ve witnessed her interactions with the residents there and it’s so warm and personal. She really cares about the residents as well as her staff. She is definitely an asset. Absolutely a gem!
