Cedar Creek Apartments

My wife and I were tenants of Cedar Creek Apartments for the past 8 years . The maintenance team of Mr. Sylvester and Roger are second to none. They answered our service requests promptly and always displayed a positive demeanor. The manager, Dorothy was also very supportive of us during a difficult situation during our stay. My wife and I truly appreciate the team at Cedar Creek. I would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable rent with quality service. Thank you you guys for everything!!!

Been in residents for a little over two years now with the help of Mrs. Dorothy. Area is quiet with the convenience of stores within walking distance. Maintenance team (Mr. Sylvester and Roger) are good people, they keep my place up and running. Overall been a great place to stay

Cedar Creek staff has done well by me again! My recent experience with maintenance and the property manager, Roger and Dorothy, respectively, have me feeling so safe and cared for. I recent had my renter's insurance lapse for my lease and went into the leasing office to correct this issue. I had a hard copy of proof of renter's insurance to turn into the property manager, Mrs. Dorothy. Mrs. Dorothy made time to help me with a personal issue that I had. I love leasing at this property! Had an insect issue come up due to the recent rain storms, called the leasing office, and I got put on the pest control list. I had a late night studying and slept in on pest control day. Thank goodness for Roger letting pest control in. He saw that my car was still in my designated spot and gave my bedroom

The maintenance team Roger and Sylvester are the most caring, sympathetic, and empathetic people that I have met. Not only are they concerned about fixing what needs to be fixed in my apartment quickly. They are also concerned about my family and our well-being. The office manager Dorothy is also a very caring and sympathetic and empathetic, She always make sure my daughter and the other kids at the bus stop are looked after and safe. She is amazing as well I couldn’t ask for a better team to have where I live as I do have a disability. And they are always very concerned to make sure my needs are met. Write them at the highest standards.

I moved to Cedar Creek back in 2014 and I enjoy being here. There was a break in my tenancy due to the complex flooding in 2016 and I had to stay elsewhere until renovations were completed and I was able to come back. The maintenance men are the best. Sylvester and Roger take care of the service calls when needed in a timely manner and if more time is needed to take care of repairs, Sylvester informs me of how long it may take. From the maintenance crew to rental office staff, everyone is very caring, professional and friendly. Will be renewing my lease another year.
