Residences at Paradise Creek

I just moved into my two‑bedroom apartment yesterday, and honestly, it’s been a really good start. The place was clean when I walked in, which made unpacking way easier. Both rooms have plenty of space, and the whole apartment just has a comfortable vibe. Even though it’s only been a day, it already feels like somewhere I can settle into. The community seems quiet and chill, and everyone I’ve run into so far has been nice. The staff made move‑in simple and answered all my little questions without any hassle. It’s only been one day, but I’m already happy I chose this place. It feels welcoming, and I’m excited to make it feel like home.

Moved in October 10 maintenance is hell they never come when you need them to. I put in a work order for certain things to be fixed and it’s January and they just not able to do it. Also, I was never told you have to go to USPS to get a key for your mailbox so now I’m stuck with either my package being locked up in the mailbox. I have no key for. The area is quiet, not much happens here, but my only concern is the fact that some things you have to learn on your own and I’d rather wish that for a mailbox I would’ve wished I was told ahead of time that I needed to go to USPS because now I have to wait weeks and possibly my mail is locked inside my mailbox now I don’t have access to it

Just moved in so far I loving living here the management team is responsive, and the community has a friendly, welcoming vibe. My apartment is quiet, spacious, and well-maintained. It's a peaceful place to call home, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality

Ms Lisa was the absolute best. The process was very pleasant and smooth. The apartment was more than expected and looked exactly like the pictures. Great experience can't wait to move into my new home.

Beware this is not an apartment you don’t wanna live hereThey don’t fix anything. They put notices on your door saying that they’re coming for preventive maintenance and don’t fix nothing roaches are off the chain. They’re all having a party in the hallway every single night.Gnats Consistently fly in my apartment, not sure where they came from not to mention I had a mouse come from behind my stove into my apartment. I reported everything to the rental office and they did nothing. But they want their rent on time they have renovated apartments those away worse than the ones that ain’t even renovated.
