I’m incredibly impressed with the fast and professional response from Edgefield Apartments! My daughter experienced a water leak from her upstairs neighbor, and within 10–20 minutes, Larry was on-site. He immediately got to work wet vacuuming the area and taking preventative steps to avoid future issues. As a former property manager with Lawson, I’ve always known the high standards and values this organization upholds—and this experience reaffirmed that. Khadijah and Alexis are THE MOST amazing beautiful and professional ladies I have ever done business with. They made my whole experience from introduction to lease signing seamless and kept in constant communication along the way so I stayed updated. I can honestly say about the maintenance service is on point. Hats off to the guys Larry and Shane. I never experienced such great service in any place I have stayed. When put in a service request they're on it within 24 hrs. Rental Office service was immaculate and very beautiful. Thanks Khadija Yancey for your time and help you are doing and excellent job.
