I was a resident and Terry the manager was as unprofessional as possible. I would recommend stay away she believes she can do anything she wants legal or not. Absolutely has no business managing anything. Zero people skills and has done horrible things to tenants. Obvious she has never had any authority and it has gone to her head. I would recommend going and asking some of the residence their opinion. If she is there I wouldn't even think about it.

I am deeply disappointed with how this apartment complex is treating its senior residents. A senior citizen is being forced out with only three days’ notice, which is both shocking and distressing. While landlords can issue a 3-day notice for issues like unpaid rent or serious lease violations, seniors—especially those facing health or mobility challenges—deserve compassion and reasonable time to respond or relocate. Evicting a senior on such short notice raises serious questions about the management’s commitment to fairness and dignity. Many seniors rely on stable housing and may need extra support or time to resolve issues or find new accommodations. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The level of unprofessionalism from the onsite manager is beyond unacceptable. Their behavior is rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic human decency. What’s most upsetting is how terribly they treat elderly residents. No one—especially seniors—should ever be treated with such disrespect and disregard. This complex has shown zero empathy and a shocking lack of professionalism. If you value being treated with respect, I urge you to look elsewhere. No one should have to experience what residents here are going through.

I watched this old guy follow a veteran around the property monitoring him and his dog. The younger guy need a bigger bag and went to get one. He stated it but the old dude still hounded him. I watched the young guy come back and pick up his things. This older dude follows people around like a predator. If he gets the property sued, I think they'll get the message.

These people can't even be bothered to put ice melt on the stairs going up into the apartments.
