From start to finish, Hayden Homes made my first home-buying experience better than I could have imagined. What could have been an overwhelming process felt smooth and easy. Kenna and Nicole were amazing—walking me through multiple floor plans, helping with design choices, and always making time for me to visit during construction. They showed up for every meeting with the construction team and even for my New Home Orientation. Their genuine care for their buyers really shows. We have loved our experience with Hayden Homes so far. Our home has the best layout and everyone that comes to it compliments how open and beautiful it is. Even though it’s a 1400 square foot it feels much bigger. We also were very pleased with the process and they got our home done right when they said they would. We couldn’t have asked for it at a better time. We also have loved this subdivision. It is very quiet and maintained well. The construction workers have been very pleasant and kind as they work quickly to build the homes. Thank you Hayden Homes!

Be warned, if you are looking for a home, do not go to Sandy at Voyage Crossing. She has been very inconsistent and does not want to show the model home. She has poor customer service and I feel that my agent and I have been given the run around. I just can't wrap my head around if a certain floor plan is available online, why there are no lots available to fit a need. I was informed a lot for the floor plan I wanted does not even have a deposit or contract and yet I am unable to lock it having a pre-approval on had and earnest money to hold it. This is not doing a community any good.

Hayden Homes has been a huge success for me. I've purchased several homes over the years and have been happy with the quality it brings with the neighborhood whether it's the Cottage, Distinctive, or Luxury home they do a nice job. I've personally have referred over a dozen people over to Hayden because of the pride they take with making your home 100% perfect on day 1. Buy and find out today.

They have made most my concerns right. I would still say it was a battle at times to get them to fix stuff. They can be very difficult to work with and in my opinion could definitely work on their warranty and their customer service. Neither I have found to be stellar. 3 stars because of the constant battle I've had with them on fixing things. I may update my review an additional star depending how things finish out between now and my 1 year home warranty expiration date. Update: I had a 1 year inspection done and a lot of problems were found. Hayden homes has been prompt to fix all but one problem. Major issues found on the siding and this is something I know has been an issue and it seems Hayden Homes wants to make this part a real hassle for me.
