Stone Creek Apartments

I'm pretty late in leaving this review as I moved out in November, but here it goes anyway. I will be sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly. So sit back, relax, and prepare to read the most mediocre review you've ever read! The good. The move in process was very easy. The property manager took us to a couple units to see what may work best for me and my roommate. It's worth noting, there was still a bit of vacancy when we were looking, so mileage may vary with availability. However, they were NICE units. At the time we moved in all appliances were new and clean. For the duration of our tenancy we never once had to put a service call in for faulty appliances, ac, heat, or hot water. I’m working on my second year here. Amazing management that does more than understand your situation and does more than bend over backwards to help you. It’s between two nursing homes so the area is generally quiet. Not a lot of traffic a lot of traffic, although the area is filling up with people. Power bill is pretty low due to how it’s set up, although I have a spider issue due to living by the empty field. And the neighbors are all mainly quiet and respectful. I’ve not one complaint against me or to anyone around me. The rooms are pretty solid at blocking out sound within the appt. But a little noise from upstairs. But nothing crazy. The area is generally clean and maintained very well. Over all I’m very happy here and satisfied.

We moved in 2 years ago and we still don't have a Clubhouse or pool. There is no on-site management, so no contact only able to use the app. This can be very frustrating when you want to know what's going on it. Otherwise I like the place and I love the location.

We just visited my daughter and her family for a week here so I can't give any recommendations on renting here but it IS a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that has good space to it. Bathrooms are not a tight space and it seems like there's plenty of room in the bedrooms too (more in the master bedroom). Good flow.

These apartments are very nice and in a great location. The staff are friendly as well as the tenants. The noise level is low making this a peaceful place to stay.
