Worst experience ever. We purchased a Pinehurst triple-wide around 4 years ago(Signed Documents on 4/14/2021). The dealer promised it would arrive in July but it didn't arrive until November. I assume they were short handed due to COVID. When the house arrived the dealer installed it. Shortly after installation it started to leak badly. The dealer had to come out 3 or 4 times but they were never able to fix the problem. We then called Kit to get help since the house is supposed to be warrantied. They ignored all of my calls and messages. Finally we noticed rain coming through the microwave oven vent so I called and left a message pointing out the danger. They finally called back and promised to send someone out immediately. But of course that was a lie as no one came out for months. I fina

Our guide, Adam, was very knowledgeable of the home building process and answered abundant questions. There was clearly a lot of attention and detail put into the homes. Quality control was ever present in all phases of the construction process.
