This is the worst place to rent from they don’t do walk-throughs with you. They don’t give you the paper so that you can mark everything that is wrong. They don’t follow the Idaho code or laws and charge you whatever fees they see fit when you submit a work order ticket They’ll decide if they’re gonna come or not and fix whatever is wrong.
Outdated units rent for upwards of $1200 for new tenants. Lamp posts falling over. The gym isn't available it's been used as storage for years. No spa (advertised) just a pool. Cramped parking, tow happy. Seek other options if possible
Very very nice and welcoming people. I asked for help, and within days they had an apartment open, and very smooth application process. Jocelyn Goldsberry is a phenomenal human who helped me immediately, and got the ball rolling, and was very honest and kind. And Ginger has been so awesome and kind to work with. I'm very excited for my future with Parkview Apartments.
They are older and very basic but they have lots of room.
The maintenance staff is great. They get the work done in a timely manner. They are friendly and respectful.
