Hope Plaza Apartments

My daughter resides here. She is physically handicapped , and on SSI for her physical and psychologically disabilities. The managers that gave her yhe apartment put her on the 4th story apartment . She has to physically walk straight up 8 flights of stairs to the 4th floor. No elevator. Very disturbing indeed. She's handicapped. We cant even get her furniture. As none of us can pack a couch up 8 flights of stairs. Sugestion: put your physically handicapped people on the bottom floor!! After the new management responded to what I wrote in the review, I feel it is necessary to reflect the fact that I've also heard you. Due to your extreme diligence in this matter I now rate this apartment complex, and its new management with 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you for listening!! I will be contact

I had my apartment flooded from an upstairs neighbor and maintenance took foreverrrr to fix the apartment. I wasn't able to comfortably live in my apartment for about 2 1/2 months because of how long it took. I am now having to try to get a hold of them over mail and no one is answering the phone. They never answer the phone for anything.

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived! I was bullied out of my home that I lived in since 2019. They don’t care about anyone who is on low income. I lost everything because of this place. They only care about money, not you, or your family. If you want to live here be careful, be cautious. They have taken down reviews because they know they are doing something wrong. also hired a new management company. I hope this new management company is better then west state’s property management!

They are very nice people and the apartments beautiful ,with wonderful amenities.i hope to get one soon
