I’ve rented with Peak Property management for almost a year now and it has been my greatest rental experience so far! They’ve always been so kind and treated me like a human rather than just a number, something that can be hard to find these days! Truly grateful for my experience with them and Chantelle’s dedication to caring for her tenants!

Chantelle is absolutely amazing. She got my wife and I quickly approved to move into a beautiful two bedroom 2 1/2 bath we move in on the 14th. They are the best people to work with and she really works hard to get you approved and into a new place to live. I would definitely recommend them.

Peak Management is incapable of handling an HOA. If you are considering hiring them to do so don’t. They lie. They refuse to follow the terms of the contract they signed and then run like a deer caught in the headlights when they get called out. They spend HOA funds indiscriminately without board approval. Small projects that were NOT budgeted for. They refuse to acknowledge any responsibility for their actions on their end. WE paid THEM and their response was as if it was the opposite. They told us they could amend the CC&R’s by simply getting a 67% vote of homeowners. That’s a lie. It also requires contacting the mortgage lenders for every home. There is so much more involved. They were asked to send an email reminder, to a home owner, and refused.

We just had an amazing experience working with Peak property management! They got us approved quickly and we sign our lease on the 14th and move in. Chantelle was and absolutely is amazing! I definitely recommend renting through them!
