Westover Village Apartments

Highly sophisticated car theft in this area. Westover Village needs brighter lights in the lots and security cameras everywhere. You’d think it’s included in the price that keeps increasing. Shocked to discover there are actually none not even in entrance/exits, and they cannot help police with any kind of investigation that takes place here. Perfect area for thefts to go in each street in the middle of the night and shop your car or even worse. Perfect place for any crime because of this nonexistent security measure. Be aware.

Convenient location- newer, upgraded apartments are nice and clean on move in - maintenance team is very kind and timely. Only complaint is they don’t notify residents of any work being done in the complex besides water and power. Have had to rearrange multiple work days due to loud roofing maintenance noises.

My experience with Westover Village Apartments has been a pleasurable experience. Connor was available for questions when asked. He has made this a smooth transition to my renting experience. Thank you so much Connor.

Westover Village in excellent lawn and roof cleaning service. The apartment is quite in good condition except for some details for example they should be changing the cabinets because the one in the apartment where I moved recently is in very bad condition and it seems to take a long time, in addition to the bathroom veneer every time they clean the sand boot. For everything else I think it's very good. In addition to the fact that there is a lot of tranquility and harmony. Just a few details that must be taken into account
