Plymouth Pointe Apartments

My son and I have moved to Plymouth Pointe Apartments since July 2025.Everything is great. It’s clean Everywhere,the management always care about the residents.They cleaned the driveway and sidewalks when it snowed.I am appreciated. There no bugs no pests.they always check the fireproofing facility. We have a security door each unit and my packages are always safe. They have the garbage picked up 5 days each week.and also there is a trash station ,sometimes you can walk there.the management always send us emails when something happens or something needs attention.they take care us. I really love this place .

I’ve been a resident since 2019, the environment is very pleasant and safe but I never realized just how much of a difference a great maintenance team makes. Ever since José and his team took over, the entire experience has completely transformed. Requests are handled incredibly fast, and the quality of their work is exceptional. They address issues promptly, thoroughly, and without the need for repeat visits. It’s such a relief knowing that anything that needs attention will be taken care of quickly and correctly the first time. Their consistency and professionalism have truly elevated the community.

i do not live here but my bestfriend does and all of the times i’ve been here it has just been amazing! the staff are so kind in the clubhouse, also the clubhouse is so comforting and fun to hang out in! the gym is soo fun and the comfy seating areas are so cute and amazing! overall, an amazing place to live and visit

Jose and the maintenance team did a remarkable job at cleaning up the main roads immediately after the snow storm. You can tell they worked hard to make sure we had a safe path to work and even worked after with clearing up parking spots! This maintenance team has been doing an amazing job even with helping right away with any issues that may arrive in units. I appreciate all their hard work and help with anything my boyfriend and I needed!

STAY AWAY! Brianna the property manager is horrible. She does not care about the residents well being, general concerns, or living conditions within the community. All Brianna cares about is milking the residents for more money. This complex has completely changed from 3 years ago since Berger property management took over. It’s says it’s a no smoking community on the lease, but people smoke 6 foot bongs in the parking lot all day long (photos attached), a woman on drugs fell asleep in my backyard and set up a chicken coop with live chickens… in MY backyard (photos attached). She wouldn’t leave and the office staff did not care. Additionally there is so much turn over from the Maintenance staff that it takes 3-6 weeks to get anything complete.
