Laura Lane Apartments

Girlfriend and I have been here for about 6 months now and this apartment has been great. We got a completely renovated apartment. It's got a washer and dryer in unit! The apartment is tucked away in a nice quiet spot. All the neighbors are courteous and kind and we barely ever hear each other. Not too far from the bus for other bus users like myself. We can see the zoo from our window!!!!! Sometimes you can hear the elk too!! Landlord and maintenance have been communicative about the issues we've had. Pipe under our sink broke and they fixed it the same day. This has been a very great place to live.

I've been living here 4 months and I've had a great experience. Rent is very reasonable, the apartment is newly renovated (with brand new front-loading washer/dryer), and the area is on a dead end street so it's very tranquil. Management is very responsive to any maintenance requests, of which there's only been one minor one and was taken care of quickly.

This is going to be a completely honest review regarding our 12 month lease at Laura Lane. It was a perfectly fine apartment complex and the management is generally great. They did all they could regarding any maintenance issue and got any and all work done incredibly fast. Like next day fast. There were a few leak issues but that was taken care of. It’s honestly expected when it’s an old building. There were only two gripes I had while staying here. The major one was that our downstairs neighbor didn’t seem to comprehend the idea that she is living in an apartment complex where the upstairs unit has vinyl flooring instead of carpeting. She profusely yelled profanities and wildly perverse things towards us while we were just trying to sleep or when we were going to bed at 8pm. Apparently f

As a transplant, coming from south jersey, it was tough to find a spot out in PA not knowing the area. After taking a few apt visits, I had the pleasure of meeting Simon who was so welcoming and was doing the showings himself. I was blown away by the renovations made to the inside of this apt. All new floors, kitchen completely updated, and a washer and dryer in unit! It was also super spacious for a one bedroom apt. Neighbors have been great, I'm close to work, parking is a non issue(so rare!) and the maintenance team is timely and responsive. Not sure what more you could as for! I appreciated my time at Laura Ln, thank you Simon and Co!

I have lived here for almost a year and I have had a very good experience. Simon the new manager and Caesar are very quick to take care of all of our needs and requests. Very quick to respond to all calls. Highly recommend moving here and the grounds are safe and monitored for security. New remodeled apartments are beautiful!
