Mill Grove Apartments

Toured this place and had the most professional leasing agent (Asif) help me. He was very thorough & detailed at explaining and answering ALL of my questions. I was able to walk away, confident & knowledgeable of how this apartment complex operates. Asif represented the community very well, we certainly need more people like him! This place is very clean, welcoming, inviting and has affordable pricing for such fair amount of square footage. Highly recommend applying to this community!

Lot of mouse coming in everyday. We are using trap and mostly those are getting trapped. We are paying so much rent however the property is poorly maintained. Inspite of complaining multiple times no proper actions taken so far.

One of the best which was close to SEI. Loved their common park area. They have small gym too but the best part is the trail which is near to these apartments. Pretty decent in their response time for service but apartment are little old and they should paint and change carpet every 5 years. Also bathroom and kitchen needs to be remodeled. And they need to work on prices . It’s getting costly day by day .

IF YOU MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT MAINTENANCE WILL DRIVE YOU INSANE.THEY WILL CONSTANTLY SHUT WATER AND ELECTRICITY OFF.THEY WILL CONSTANTLY OPEN YOUR APARTMENT AND JUST WALK IN FOR SO CALLED CHECKS AND MAINTENANCE. THEY WILL CONSTANTLY RAISE YOUR RENT TOO.BE FORWARNED.

I am 100% agree with residents review that Mill Grove staffs are only good until you are staying there & allowing them to increase rent indefinitely. Once you will leave they will not refund your money & most possible they will charge you more money and use it for their improvements. When we asked (two times by visiting office) them to do all the calculations & let us know the balance they were talking so cool that we thought they are so great & they will refund our money easily. They said don't worry, be relax , we will refund all your deposit in two days after inspection if there is not any major damage. But they never did the inspection. When we left the apartment we were confident because there were no damage. But after leaving the apartment they not only kept 1.5 months rent but also
