I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of my move-out from Curren Terrace. My lease was scheduled to end on April 9. However, I informed the management office that I needed to vacate the apartment on February 2. During my visit to the leasing office, the manager clearly explained that because the lease was not completed and because I did not give a 30-day notice, I was required to pay an early termination fee of $1,408. I paid this fee on January 29. I was also informed that starting February 1, my only remaining balance would be approximately $80 for utilities (gas, water, trash, etc.). This is a honest review about this apartment complex please do not move here there’s toxic black mold rodent and roaches. if you report problems management do nothing to fix the problem only cover up the problems. Then withdraw lease if you report them to code enforcement. Toured here the other day and the room I was showed had a toilet that was literally 3 inches from the washer dryer. You couldn’t even sit on the toilet the correct way. You’d have to sit on it sideways. Such a joke

I have proof and every time they keep saying that there is no mold, even when they see the mold there is roaches And rodents me and my kids are sick and have asthma due to them neglecting their duties for months on months. I had to call Code Enforcement just for them to do proper work and because of doing so they withdrew my lease renewal and said I violated the lease probably my violation was calling Code Enforcement.
