Westover Club Apartments

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this apartment complex. I moved here from another state and didn’t have the opportunity to visit in person beforehand, which I now regret. Do not be fooled by the images and videos, they are just a cover. This apartment is a real scam, and there is nothing “luxury” here. Everything is made from the cheapest materials. The cabinet and corridor dimensions are smaller than standard, and nothing seems built to proper specifications. We had to donate our nearly new sofa because it couldn’t fit through the narrow outdoor corridors of this old building. There is no walk-in closet, only a small standing closet. They advertise that “upgraded” apartments have washers and dryers, but in reality, no units have them. The cabinet doors don’t open or close

I stopped in by chance just to check out what Westover has to offer. I must say that Kristina Ryan was not only a very pleasant consultant but was very knowledgeable of what this community has to offer. I am considering this as a potential future home.

Specifically speaking on maintenance— less than 24 hours after putting in a work order for my dishwasher wasn’t working (it’s been repaired once before with little success), Mike was at my apartment replacing the whole unit! So appreciative to quick action without needing to over explain what the issue was 😊

I am so tired of this place when it comes to maintenance. This is the second time water is leaking from upstairs apartment. The tenants upstairs have been complaining about water issues now its leaking in my apartment. They wait until a little issue turns huge to fix the problem. Thank God I was off today and was here to try and soak up the water. Then we are calling the office and the lady doesn't want to answer the phone. We drive to the office and absolutely no consideration. We have to use our towels to clean up the water. Its to much water for towels and now it's leaking into the carpet. I will NEVER rent from this company and I am damn near ready to pay and break my lease. I know I will NOT be renewing it. Take my advice rent somewhere else.

Lived here briefly for 6 months during a contract job and it was a wonderful place to live! Attentive maintenance team & front desk staff. Friendly neighbors, you can hardly even hear anyone in your apartment! The location is superb with Aldi & Walmart extremely close by- both stores were also super nice and lowkey. Really missing this apartment complex now- what a nice little area of PA to live in! 🙂
