Westminster Park Apartments

The worst place to live and give money to, this place will ruin your whole life, they charged me over $800 when I moved out after I paid a cleaner to clean the place, they said my carpet wasn’t clean and oven was dirty, what type of apartment charges for normal wear and tear? As referred in the photos which were time stamped and dated, the carpet was clean, they suck here! That’s why the maintenance men don’t lasts! They take your money to help them satisfy their own lifestyle!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They don’t fix anything, I’ve made several maintenance requests and none have been fixed for months on end, even a year. The place is completely falling apart. Walls cracking, plumbing is horrible and flooding. DTE also shuts power off to “work” on things and they give us no notice and the apartment knows nothing about it. It’s happened 4 times in 2 months where my power was off several hours. They never know how long maintenance will take. I’ve called many times and there were “new” orders made. Area is fine, maintenance just sucks and the apartment is clueless. It’s not worth the money.

We came in today to look at a two bedroom apartment, and Amanda was such a beautiful and kind person to talk to. She was very professional, outgoing, and helpful; answering all of our questions and concerns. Thank You!

Sewer flood I have moved 10 months, they say they gonna fix blinds, stove, dishwasher and fan Nothing has fixed Have been asking and begging for 3 month to fix the sewer flood emails , talked to 3 different people in office( i talked to paige twice) No body show up If there is a lawyer can help I cant live in the house Alot of flies from sewer in basement 5 month ago flood damaged everything in basement

Leasing agents were extremely welcoming and friendly especially Amanda. The units look wonderful in person and I cant wait to be part of the community ❤️
