Princeton Square Apartments

I've lived here for the past 4 years and must say the Owner, the Management Team and the Maintenance Department are all very polite, courteous, and helpful with any problems I have with my apartment! Im very Impressed on how they keep the complex maintained and not an eye sore to have to look at every day. The Neighbors that I have encountered are also a joy to live around, all in all im HAPPY to be a part of the Princeton Square Community!!!!

I love it here… The ladies at the office are so nice. The maintenance guys get the job done! The newly renovated units are beautiful! Great place to stay in my opinion … nice and quiet as well!

I’ve lived at Princeton Square for two years, and I’ve truly loved it here. My neighbors were kind, helpful, and really felt more like family. The apartment was peaceful and quiet for the most part, and I never had to worry about packages being stolen or feeling unsafe. The staff was always kind and helpful when needed. Maintenance was as timely as possible—once it took three days, but they were really busy, which is understandable, especially since other times they came the same day. They also always asked for permission before entering my home, which I really appreciated. The washers in my building worked great and I used them regularly. The heat was always reliable and worked well during the colder months. The only issue I had was with some mold in the bathroom and kitchen due to moi

To clarify you didn’t respond promptly until my mama called into that nasty office air conditioner set the smoke alarm off and started to blow out cool air after being on for son long and because you didn’t send out the SUPERVISOR the first time out of 3 I wouldn’t have to to turn it on which increases my dte bill goofy you don’t know what happen with the furnace he didn’t expect the fire to happen because he missed a step before staring it up weirdo You claim you did what needed to be done far as pest control before I moved in when I only been here for 3 months clearly what you tried did not succeed so for me to have to call pest control and pay out my pocket is insane at the end of the day these Apartments has MICE and yall are nasty and dirty for not having it under control BEFORE I g

It’s like living at any other Apartment complex’s you gonna have your good and your bad! But I been here for nine years so it can’t be all bad 😂😂😂 yea it’s some things that could be better, but it’s quiet and everyone I’ve met been positive and polite! Maintenance need a little help, but I recommend it, wish they had three bedrooms cuz then I would have gave them five stars
