Heritage Glen Townhouses

This is the absolute WORST place I lived. Management could not get any worst!! Elaine, Mary and whoever else call themselves managers are rude/ or never available. Looks very nice, nothing gets fixed unless you do it yourself. Maintenance is nice when they actually show up almost -NEVER. Oh and nothing ever gets “Fixed” everything I ever said was broken here still is all my cabinet door are just randomly falling off! No one is honest, ppl stealing tenants rent and the office makes you pay it again if this happens, No investigation, ice is literally everywhere, poor snow plowing, parking is terrible! Not worth $ they charge for rent at all!

Came across the reviews where I live and could not believe what I was reading. I find the complex to be very clean and picked up. I constantly see maintenance maintaining the grounds every morning. I moved into a very clean townhome with an appealing layout in the downriver area. Honestly, I am not very rough on things and keep a very clean home. Nothing has broken down inside my home, and I have been living here a few years. I wish others in our community would reach out and write something good on where they choose to live. I also want to add the great work the guys have done so far this winter shoveling snow and salting. The office staff has been ever so nice. I hope this review is read by all staff. Keep up the great work! The community is excellent!

I moved here about a month ago and my experience has been great so far. Elaine, Amanda, and Jessica have all been very polite, professional, and helpful from day one. My townhouse is very spacious, which I really love. During the recent snowfall, the walkways were already shoveled so quickly that I didn’t even realize it had snowed—very nice to see that level of care. I wanted to leave an honest review based on my own experience, which has been nothing but positive so far.

Living in this townhome has been very positive experience. The outside is clean, pretty quiet, and reliable on salting the sidewalks. I have a generously sized home compared to other apartments I lived in before and have not faced any problems as I have at past communities. Until I win the lotto, I have no plans on moving. The area is nice and well-priced!

DO NOT MOVE HERE – TOTAL SCAM! I came to view a townhome at the end of March, and RYAN (light skinned black woman with glasses) walked me through their model unit at 9302 Pickwick Circle. It looked great, clean, updated, exactly what I was hoping for. I explained to RYAN that I’d already been through a nightmare with my current living situation, and that I had a checklist of what I needed for myself and my children. She assured me this would be a fresh start. Then came the catch: RYAN told me that to even get maintenance to start on the unit I’d be moving into, I had to pay the $1,350 deposit upfront. I was hesitant and asked to see the actual unit I’d be renting. RYAN kept telling me it “wasn’t ready yet” leading me to believe it was being renovated to match the model unit I’d seen. T
