Kenneth helped make my transition to Chelsea Park so quick and smooth. Every question I had was answered. Friendly, patient and professional. By far the best experience I have had moving to a new apartment. I am very happy with the apartment as well. Having the front door camera, thermostat and door locks on an app is an amazing feature.

Months of planning and searching. Days missed from work and special events but, from the moment I walked into Chelsea Park I understood what it felt like to be “home”. Kenneth and his team were amazing. When I say 💯 percent . Absolutely wonderful! The community is unmatched as is Kenneth is his leadership role. He took the time and patience as a professional agent, assuring me that all my needs and interests were fulfilled. I know that I have found a place to call home for many years ahead. Kenneth and Leslie have gone above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth transition. Whenever we had questions that we sent via phone or email, they promptly responded to my family which allowed us to plan ahead well for our move. Kenneth gave us a tour of the building when we moved in and brought us to our new luxury apartment from the leasing office in a fun golf cart :) Our unit is clean and spacious, and we love it! The home Vivint security system included in our unit is awesome, including doorbell camera, sensors, digital thermostat and alarm system. Also, the complex has beautiful facilities, pool, clubhouse with snacks, gym and computer/printer access. Kenneth and Leslie are very responsive and friendly.
