Coppertree Apartments & Townhomes

I lived in this apartment complex for a while before I PCS to a new duty station and it truly felt like home from day one. The community is wonderfully pet‑friendly, which made life so much easier and more enjoyable. The leasing staff Carla, Theresa, and Trent deserve special recognition. They were consistently attentive, kind, and quick to help with anything I needed. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares, but they absolutely do. Maintenance was always fast and reliable, which gave me real peace of mind. My 2‑bedroom, 1.5‑bath unit was priced well and came with stainless steel appliances, which was a great value for the space and quality. Whomever that wants to apply for apartments in Coppertree should be very careful because I had a very bad experience with them. They took my $200 dollars for application fees from me and they didn’t give me an apartment as they promised. They charge very high fees for application and they will go ahead and collect the money from you even when they don’t have an apartment to rent out. It was a very bad experience for me.

I'm possibly looking to move in April and had/have this place at the top of my list but the reviews from people trying to move here is kind of scary.

Staff is wonderful they welcomed me in with open arms. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. When work is needed maintenance is on the job fast. I love my home

My family has lived here 12 years and we’ve never had a problem. I’ve asked for updates and have gotten them, which I appreciate. I love the space we have, it’s quiet, and my neighbors are great. Theresa is wonderful, always working and helpful, and the maintenance is quick to come and fix everything.
