This laundromat system need to change. I need to put money on these damn cards they gave me and no one‘s ever in the office. How am I gonna wash my damn clothes I’m really pissed about this. Change the machines or leave the office open. Change it back to money thank you pissed off

The previous owners did not keep up with maintenance to any of the units. New management came in is now fixing everything. They do have a lot of work to do because of the old owners. Jason has been a helpful. If you sit down with him and talk about what’s going on he is going to help anyway he can

I'm given maintenance man George at Goddard CT a five star because he's a good worker. He's cheerful pleasant to talk to and he gets the job done.

I am a former tenant from 2014 til 2 weeks ago. In February 2025 there was a management change, as we all know change is difficult. The office manager Jason worked to get to know the tenants, he was always kind and professional. If I had a issue or maintenance issue he made sure it was resolved on the date assigned and followed to see how it went and if needed anything else. Maintenance was taken care by Matt, another person who worked hard to get things resolve with a smile. Changes are being made, hopefully that a place to play for children of tenants can be made. One of the attraction to Goddard Estates was the swimming pool, besides the location and seclusion. I hope that this is one of the things they do bring back since COVID the pool has been closed. The new company seems money hungry “of course” who isn’t. Jason is great if it wasn’t for him I’d be gone. Thank you Jason for everything you do, your greatly appreciated. They was bout to lose a seven year tenant and all you did was listen and take care of the problem.
