Park Place Apartments

I am a long term tenant at Park Place Apartment. Nice, quiet, friendly people and a great place to live. However, I am just receiving new cabinets recently. I have been promised cabinets for the last 6 or 7 years and didn’t receive them because nobody knew what was going on with all the management changes. Thanks to Cindy and Juan for following through and getting the jobs done here at Park Place….especially with the follow up on my cabinets! Just love them!

They are nice looking apts. In May , I’ve been here 1 year. I won’t be signing another lease. The trash smell in the summer from the land fill is disgusting. I literally eat it walking outside. My room is downstairs. So I freeze in the summer cuz my kids are sweating so bad upstairs. Making the electric bill in a 3 bedroom $250-$400 a month. Then in the winter I’m sweating to death waking up every hour cuz my kids are freezing upstairs. The vents are at the top of the wall so the heat/air blows right in my face no matter where I put my bed. Over all the rent just isn’t worth it. Pay for a parking spot $20 a month under the car port. My pipe broke under my sink. They fixed it. But left the warped soggy wood under my sink instead of replacing it. Everything is old in my apt for $1400. lol yo

Hey guys if you're looking for a great place to live, come to park place apartments in Taylor MI. The people in our community is awesome! They're very friendly as well as the office workers, Cindy the manager. Oh! And I can't forget Juan the maintenance guy. Just come and see the apartments you will be surprised of how large they are. The apartments are like ranch style homes and guess what you have a patio too! Just go on their website and see all of the amenities they have to offer you. Come on guys take a look. Come one , come all, come and enjoy our community. 😊

My husband, Michael, and I have been living here for 2 years. We are a family of 5 and the townhome is extremely spacious. Cindy and Juan are very helpful. Our questions, concerns, and maintenance needs are always addressed in a timely fashion. We plan to live here for a long time.
