Favorite BMV. Always well infirmed, pleasant and quick. I was in and out in 10 minutes

Had the sad misfortune of visiting this facility on three occasions involving vehicle sales. The first time, we were unaware of having to check in by a specific time, and they refused to wait on us. ( as with an aforementioned post, none of this information was available online, nor is it even posted on the front door) ! We all retuned the next day to for this transaction and recieved nothing but rude treatment from the few people we had to deal with. The second visit was possibly worse. I have been around this planet for almost 70 years, and I have rarely seen a more disgruntled, disrespectful group of people who should not be dealing with the public.

I just got my driver's license and plate renewed this morning. I had a real great experience. I had the right paperwork. The process went quickly and I was in and out in 25 minutes

The License side seems to be fairly efficient but I would definitely find another place to get Title work done. One person to do Title work who also does non-related Notary requests. Waited 20 minutes to get a 1 minute answer because the people in front of me were getting a large packet of real estate documents notarized. Very frustrating!

I rarely post 1 star, but tried to call 4 times to ask about permit test. No answer. Checked their website for information. Showed up at 10:55 am with all documents. Waited 25 minutes to only be told their policy is you must arrive by 10:30 am and was sent away. If that's their policy they should at least post it or answer their phone. Drove to Canfield BMV, wow what a difference. They took us right away with no waiting.
